Also thanks for everyone’s concern. My mom is back at home and doing very well. She was even able to watch Maci yesterday without any hang-ups. All is well.

it’s a blur

Mom is OK.  She came home today.  They are thinking it was a heart attack…

I’m probably going to take a break from blogging for the rest of the weekend.

My mother passed out today while she was at the Mormon Church.  She called and left me a message on my phone, but my phone is a big POS so I couldn’t really understand what the message said, “Hey George I got sick at the temple and am gonna need you to come and get the truck.”  Is what I heard.  I was in the lab at the time cleaning things up at work and It’s noisy in there with 20 servers running so I really couldn’t hear.  I went to go call her on her cell phone and she didn’t pick up.  She always picks up.  I called back again, no answer.

I went to go talk to my brother (I work for him.) and ask him if he heard from mom.  He told me the whole story.  My heart sank.  I’ve been sick the past few days with a sinus infection and this just added on to all of the shit I was feeling inside today.

She is staying overnight at the hospital tonight, she is feeling good and in good spirits, they just want to make sure everything is OK.  Thanks for everyone’s concern, this is really hard for me to talk about because this is definitely my worst nightmare.  One of my friends just called to check on the situation and I broke down on the phone talking to her.  I’m fighting back tears right now typing this… Hopefully everything comes out OK in the end.

Please pray for my mom, she has done enough praying for everyone else in the past.

I’m at my brother’s using his laptop or else I’d write a more informative post… But… I can now fit into size 36 jeans.  I can’t remember the last time I could say that.   At the beginning of June 2006 I think I was wearing a size 46 pant…

It’s amazing how something so gorgeous can just pop up out of nowhere.  You have to drive 3 miles down a country road surrounded by trees on both sides to get to it.  I didn’t really understand just how much I missed trees until we went back to visit.
