Today I went in to do my regular workout and a friend from class asked me if I wanted to play basketball instead. I was hesitant at first, usually my back ends up killing me the rest of the day or my knees nearly break in half during the game. Apparently, I should have stuck with my first instinct and just worked out, because we played for two hours and I am definitely paying for it right now.
This is what I’ll look like for the next five hours, kicking back and watching some basketball. At least with all the weight loss I can now jump higher and run a little faster.

There’s a trick to that whole knee thing. I had to learn it myself. Stretch you hamstrings before anything athletic and you won’t get that problem. Not long either; like 30 secs to one min per leg.
I called B/S on the surgeon that told me that but after 30 days he got to give the “I told you so” lecture to me.

Sorry about your knee, man.
Currently, I’m pissed about the Spurs not GOing.

Poor little bunny.
I do hope you feel better. I’ve been having knee pain myself. I assume it’s because I turn 27 next month and you know what happens then? I die. Because 27 is old.
