This reminds me of middle school dances so much. And also that one time I went to “Saturday Night Out” in 6th grade. It was an event at the rec center for kids under 14 to come on, you guessed it, Saturday night and hang out. By hang out, I mean, listen to slow jamz on the bangin’ stereo with the lights low and stand on the opposite side of the gym not dancing with the girls. Unless you were “going out” with a girl, then you got to HOLD THAT BITCHES HAND! What what? And one time, I heard my friend Gavin totally kissed Elizabeth underneath the bleachers. With tongue!SWEAR. TO. GOD.
Kid was famous at Lakeview Middle School the next day.
BTW what was Timbaland thinking when Ginuwine came to him for a beat for this song? “You know what, I have the perfect beat for you. Think of this. Drum machine. Me burping into a synthesizer. Tires screeching. Trademark Timbaland beatboxing. You feel me?”

middle school? Thanks George, now I really feel old. I was 23 when this gem came out. Awesome, I can’t wait for my birthday this year.

Holy crap. I hadn’t realized this song is 12 years old! It’s one of the few songs on my iTunes at work, so I actually listen to it at LEAST once a week. It’s a classic! LOL
