Slowly but surely.  My goal is to be down to 20% body fat (at least) and 260 pounds by the end of the year.  How am I going to lose 40 more pounds?  I don’t know.

    what you’ve done is certainly admirable.

    i read your diet post awhile back, and i remember thinking, dang he could totally lose more weight if he ate more frequently — if you ate breakfast and made good choices throughout the day, rather than starving yourself most of the time. i’ve never read any of them, but i know there are a lot of good books out there. one that’s come very highly recommended to me is body for life.

    just food for thought. (ba dum ching)

    Make an appt. with a dietitian or nutrionist and start doing some cardio with your weights and you’ll lost the 40 in no time.

    Yes I know Im repeating myself and you hate cardio and blah blah blah. From your last post about what you ate I think your just not eating frequently enough or as well as you should be.
