Slowly but surely.  My goal is to be down to 20% body fat (at least) and 260 pounds by the end of the year.  How am I going to lose 40 more pounds?  I don’t know.

Today I turn 23. We had the family celebration this past Sunday with steaks, Trevon, Coleen and Ava came over too. It was funny watching Maci get mad because Ava was playing with her stuff.

I am now down to 27% body fat.  Down a total of about 5.5 percentage points since last September.  Not bad.
