So, apparently my hurt shoulder doesn’t affect my ability to lift weights. I was able to bench press 235 pounds 4 times during my workout today. Yet! It hurts to lift my arm above my head.
Makes perfect sense… Not.

Bench press/push-ups was how it was hurt, Charley.
