And the Mavs can’t handle the freaking Golden State Warriors?

They can’t handle their huge guards or don’t have a low-post threat to take the Warriors inside and punish them.  Paying Ericka Dampier 60 million dollars can’t turn him into Tim Duncan or make his self proclamation (2nd best center in the NBA) come true.  I thought Dirk had been working on his post game this year and it had been established in the past that shorter quicker players don’t bother him as much anymore… What the hell happened?

Also, everyone seriously needs to watch the Phoenix Suns play, Steve Nash is quite possible the best pure point guard I have ever seen play in the NBA.  He had 23 assists yesterday, and they shot 30% from three point range.  INSANE.  Andy was watching the game with me yesterday, (he’s not even a real basketball fan) and even he was amazed at some of the passes Nashty was threading through the Lakers.

HOW BOUT THEM MIAMI HEAT!  I’m absolutely ecstatic they got swept.  I hate D-Gayde with a passion.  Can you believe the Bulls have a chance at a top 3 pick this year and no lower than the 9th pick in the draft?  They are stockpiling young talent.

This years playoffs have been better than I expected so far, even with the Mavs stinking it up.
