10 regular pushups
30 regular crunches
30 crunches with simultaneous hands to knees leg lifts
10 regular pushups
30 regular crunches
30 alternating leg raises straight in the air, 15 each leg (with head shoulders and arms off ground)
repeat all once more.

Thanks Mrs. Putnam for the wicked ab workouts. At least I have Basement Jaxx to keep me pumped.

You lost me at 10 regular push ups…which I can do but it would take me the entire 8 minutes to finish the last 4. My arms are made of spaghetti.
