Why do I have the sudden infatuation for Scarlett Johansson? I think it’s the girl-next-door looks. I dig that. Or maybe the lips? I dig that too.

Sorry, I’ve seen the preview for “In Good Company” at least 45 times in the past 3 days. I’m probably going to see the movie, Topher Grace is a funny man, and she’s in it. That’s all the reason I need to go really.

Sorry again, I got off track. Back to updating… Since moving back home a lot of my DVD’s have come up missing, and I only know where one is exactly (Enemy of the State was left at the Blurbodoocery). The other three are missing in action. Pearl Harbor was last borrowed by my Canadian friend Darcey, and we all know how Canadians are… moving on. Chappelle’s Show vol. 1 was last watched by my roommates and our black friends, Ashley and Shakira. Chappelle’s show is funnier if you watch it with Ashley and Shakira, they keep it real. See, not all mormons are racist, I loved Ashley and Shakira, they were like a taste of the real world, and not that crappy real world on MTV where everyone bitches about every stupid thing. Yea they get to get drunk every night for free, but really how happy are they? They aren’t. So there, end of discussion. Anyways, third DVD, X-men 1, from the X-men collection. See, this makes me most angry, because now my X-men collection isn’t a collection. It’s X-men 2 with some bonus features from X-men 1. This was last seen when my roommates went on a spontaneous trip to Las Vegas and borrowed a few movies. Who knows where the hell this one is. If anyone finds these DVD’s, let me know. You could bring sunshine into my days again.

Ashley and Shakira if you ever read this, I miss you and your soulful selves. Next time you have a sexy party, break it down one time for my sake.

    Hey, GEORGE!,
Here’s my comment :). Just a tip, never lend out movies to friends; you’ll NEVER see them again (believe me - I know). X-men and The Chappelle’s Show are awesome, by the way. You should also buy Reno 911’s first season and Napoleon Dynamite.

    Yup.

Yes. In the REAL real world, there is no such thing as free booze.

Ah, Ehle, just hit on the bartender. Works about 50 - 60% of the time, depending on how often said bartender gets hit on. Usually gets a free drink or two.

    PS
Just don’t let a guy buy you a drink. They like to follow you around the club/bar after that.

    PPS
    Not that I would know…

If you haven’t already seen it, Scarlett is fantastic in ‘Lost in Translation’…Bill Murray is really good in it too…but seeing as you don’t have an infatuation for Bill Murray (that we know of) that might not matter to you.

And yes…you MUST see Napoleon Dynamite.

I’ve posted a link to your blog on my blog…hope that’s cool with you.

A lesson learned the hard way–do Not lend things out that you expect to see again. Even when the person is an Angel on Earth, some other shmoo will screw it up.

There was one time I loaned an autographed book to a neighbor whose job was a Policewoman. She was reading it during her lunch break, then afterwards put it into her desk bottom drawer.
Three hours later, it was missing–from the drawer–in a Police Station! She felt horrible, and bought a replacement, but the autograph could not happen again.
Nowadays, whenever I hand over an item, I mentally make a note that it is a gift.
If it comes back, I am overjoyed.
In the end, it is all just stuff, there will be a great estate sale after I’m buried.

Aww, I’m sorry. That post about the book and policewoman was from this lady with an addled brain.

Andrew, Jesse, and me were also watching Chapelle’s show. And I don’t think Shakira was there…

Anyhow, it was at your place, so I don’t think it was any of us. You should call your apt. and ask any of the new people if they have it.

And you’ll never get you know what back from you know who.
